When placing an order with us, you may order from our
secure online site. We have a convenient, secure, and
user- friendly shopping cart system, where you can use
major credit cards. We accept Visa, Master Card,
American Express and Discover credit cards. Pay securely
and conveniently though PayPal.
Only United States funds are accepted through PayPal and
please note that we will ONLY ship to CONFIRMED,
VERIFIED PayPal Accounts and Addresses.
* If you do not have a PayPal account already set up,
you will be prompted to open an account. Setting up an
account with PayPal to make payments is secure, easy,
and fast!

Delivery Methods
Upon placement of your order, we will determine the best
delivery method for shipping your merchandise.
We use U.S. Post Office Priority Mail, U.S. Post Office
Parcel Post, FedEx Ground, and DHL/Global. We utilize
the best shipping method at the time the order is
placed. For items that ship direct from our designers,
you will be charged only one shipping amount per order
and they will determine your shipping method.
Delivery Times
Many of the items we carry come from many different
designers, and many of our items are made-to-order, we
ask that you please be patient with your delivery times.
For items in stock, please allow 7-10 business days for
delivery, but your item will usually arrive sooner.
Please know that it is important to allow for extra
delivery time during the holidays- order early to ensure
best selection and prompt arrival!
** Please Note: As we do not keep many of our larger
items in stock, once the order is placed we will then
notify you as to how long the shipment will take. Please
note that heavier items my require an additional
shipping charge and it will be noted on the item detail
page.
If you have an immediate shipping need, please contact
us and we will provide you with an estimated delivery
time. In some cases, we can expedite your delivery time
for an extra shipping fee (upgrade your shipping), so
please contact us if you have a special need or occasion
and we will do our very best to accommodate you.
Stock Availability
We do not carry all of our products in all sizes at all
times. We do our very best to provide you with an
accurate time frame for shipping and delivery. Many
product descriptions specifically list shipping
information for your convenience. However, some items
may be temporarily out of stock. If this is the case, we
will notify you and give you the option to wait for the
item. Most of our manufacturers are very quick to ship
items, so your delivery time would not be lengthy.
Order Status
To check the status of your order, e-mail us:

name and order number. We will happily respond within 24
hours.
Returns/Exchanges
Pawsitively Pooch makes every effort to ensure that you
are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are
not completely satisfied with your purchase from
Pawsitively Pooch, you may return the item to us for
Store Credit or Exchange ONLY. We do not issue credit
card refunds/cash refunds/PayPal refunds. WE DO NOT
REFUND ANY SHIPPING/HANDLING FEES.
Please measure your pooch appropriately!! If you have

*If you are no satisfied and decide to return
merchandise to us, please note that the following
requirements must be met in order for us to process your
return/exchange:
You must contact us within seven (7) business days of
RECEIPT of your order. You may contact us via email or
telephone, but it MUST be within seven (7) business days
of receipt of your order. After seven (7) business days,
we WILL NOT accept returns/exchanges. Unauthorized
return merchandise will be promptly returned to the
sender and at their expense. Once we have been
contacted, we will then issue you a Return Authorization
number which will allow you to ship these items back to
us. You will be in charge of all shipping costs. Once we
receive the merchandise and confirm that it is unused,
we will either exchange or issue a store credit.
Any item returned to us must be in it's original unused
condition, it must have any included materials
(instructions, tags, etc...) in a secure package for
shipment back to us. Please note that the item must be
unused and in saleable condition to be accepted for a
return/exchange.
Please indicate on your packing slip (that accompanied
your merchandise order) the reason for the return or
exchange. If you require an exchange, please be sure to
carefully list the item's) that you would like to
exchange the item's) for.
Store Credit will be good for 1 year from date of
purchase.
We will accept a return or exchange once per item. If
you need to return an item more than once, there will be
a $12.00 charge.
Exceptions To The Return & Exchange Policy
We will not accept merchandise for return or exchange
that is used or is in non-saleable condition.
Pawsitively Pooch reserves the right to determine if the
item is in damaged/used/non-salable condition.
Due to strict health regulations, pet beds, blankets,
and carriers cannot be exchanged or returned
No returns or exchanges on Sale, Personalized,
Discontinued, or Final Stock items. Heavy, oversized
items may be charged additional restocking fees.
Damaged Or Defective Items
If your item arrives to you damaged or defective, please
contact us immediately (within 48 hours of receipt of
the delivery). We are happy to correct the problem for
you.
Please allow additional time for returns/exchanges. Some
items are shipped directly from our designers or special
ordered at the time.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Please make sure you provide us with the correct mailing
address at the time of purchase. To make changes to an
order, or to cancel an order, please contact us
immediately by phone at 908-415-7428 and also must be
received in writing via mail at
contact@pawsitivelypooch.com. After your order
process has begun (usually within 24 hours of order
placement), we cannot cancel or make changes to the
order. Many of our items are made-to-order, so we cannot
cancel the process once it has begun. ** Please contact
us if you need further clarification **
Please note that all orders are carefully reviewed and
are subject to our approval. Although this rarely
happens, we reserve the right to cancel any order. On
rare occasions, prices, availability and other
circumstances with our designers are subject to change
prior to shipment. Should this occur, you will be
notified by email or phone. If we cancel your order, you
will be refunded in full promptly. We thank you for your
cooperation and understanding.
